Adele Says Hello to a Brand-New Haircut While Performing at the X-Factor U.K. Finale

Well hello there, Adele!
Fans were more than excited to have the "Rolling in the Deep" singer deliver a rare performance at this weekend's X-Factor U.K. finale.
What they weren't expecting, however, was a dramatic new haircut to take center stage at Wembley Stadium. While performing her hit single "Hello" in Harry Winston Diamonds, the 27-year-old showed off her shorter style with a little less curls and a lot shorter length.
