Reem
Acra shined in their latest Fall 2016 collection of womenswear,
juxtaposing a seductive female fatale with an air of sophistication and
refinement. Through body-hugging silhouettes of lace and
carefully-crafted embroidery, gowns came down the runway showing just
enough skin with a touch of female fatale and grace.
Wisps
of color continued to build the theme of the show, offering color
palettes for anyone needing an extra boost in their closet. Colorful
embroidered bodices and fabrics of silk complimented each look, offset
by jewel toning and sheer lace cuts to accentuate the frame.
Hemlines
touched the floors, drawing the eye to the center of the body at which
Acra had placed many jewels and accentuating marks; inevitably, there
remained a mystique to the clothes while simultaneously drawing the eye
to the attentive detail of embellishment and stoning.

Rhinestone-encrusted
bustier’s accented the delicate fabric of each dress, adding to the
Victorian-inspired collection while adding a sense of modesty and
modernity.
In all, the collection was polished and representative of the femininity of the modern woman. What do you think of the Fall 2016 collection?
