The First Family landed in Cuba yesterday, welcoming in Spring with Michelle Obama wearing a $2,190 Carolina Herrera Dotted Rose-Print Sleeveless Dress:


The dress features a V neckline and flares into a beautiful A-line skirt. Although classically refined, it also entails dotted rose-print throughout.
