Your Memorial Day weekend getaway is finally here! And yet, for us, lovers of clothes, that can be the beginning of a whole new nightmare as we stare between the depths of our beloved closet (loaded with an endless array of fantasy weekend outfits!) and the one tiny little bag you’ve committed yourself to: To pack or not to pack, that is the question. And yet in the end, somehow, we give up, take it all, and still manage to have nothing to wear. So i’ve sorted it out, narrowed it down, and packed you up. Here are 10 easy pieces that’ll take you wherever you’re going, looking great, and without all of that unnecessary female baggage.

Take things that transition easily from day into night. Think relaxed, comfortable staples that can be layered and dressed up or down depending on how the weekend’s adventure unfolds.

1.THE CULOTTE PANT
