Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z were spotted out and about at The Menil Collection in Houston, Texas while sporting a $450 Stella Jean Spring 2016 ‘Comandante’ Ruffle Sleeve Dress, statement earrings and a flower-adorned braided crown.

On the runway, the striking number was layered over a graphic print maxi skirt and accessorized with a gingham print box clutch.

The A-line cotton dress showcases a standing collar, long sleeves with cascading ruffle detail and a vibrant red/multi-colored print.

A concealed back zip fastening completes the eccentric piece.
