• Target has issued an apology for the horribly botched Photoshop job that went viral this week of a young lady modeling one of their Junior’s bikinis. If you remember, the her thighs were slimmed down in attempts to create a thigh gap–except it looked more like the graphic designers took a square KidPix eraser to the poor model’s crotch, leaving her ladyparts in shambles. The retailer released a statement to address the misstep. “In response to your query about the swimsuit image on target.com, this was an unfortunate error on our part and we apologize. We have removed the image from our website,” adding that the gaffe was “the result of a photo editing error on our part.” (Fashionista)
