The votes have finally been tallied in GQ’s annual “Most Stylish Man” competition and Kanye West has emerged as the clear winner with an impressive 520,119 votes! This is West’s second year in a row earning this title.
His win comes as no surprise after his amazing year in fashion. He almost shut down New York Fashion Week with the debut of his collection for Adidas, and caused quite a frenzy with each drop of his Yeezy Boost sneakers. He also capitalized on the athleisure trend and elevated it to new heights. Furthermore, West didn’t release any new music no one seemed to mind, thanks to his consistent sartorial domination.
Of course with the Kardashian crew behind him, this win was almost guaranteed. According to GQ.com, in the last few hours of the polls, tweets from Khloe, Kim, Kourtney and even Kris led to a huge boost in the number of votes cast for the rapper.
