Fashion Deets: The 10th Annual Black Girls Rock! Celebration with Kelly Rowland in Brandon Maxwell, Teyonah Parris in Jani Khosla, Tracee Ellis Ross in Leah Da Gloria, and More!

At first I was NOT a fan, but this look grew on me. What do you guys think?
