LaLa Anthony’s new relationship book is winning this Valentine’s Day season!
The television personality snagged the top spot on the New York Times bestseller list this week. Her debut book, The Love Playbook, hit number one in the Advice category.
The mother of one and wife of baller Carmelo Anthony said she is “happy, humbled, grateful, thankful” and “blessed” by the book’s success.
“The New York Times Best Seller’s just dropped. THE LOVE PLAYBOOK is #1 on the list!!! #1 AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! This is crazy!!!!!! Number 1!!!!! Thank you to everyone that supported this book and this journey,” she shared on Instagram account. “I’m screaming!!! #1 NY TIMES BEST SELLER!!!”
So, what exactly is The Love Playbook all about? During a recent interview on Good Morning America, Lala said it teaches women how to keep the ball in their court.
“Women know we have all the power at the end of the day,” she said. “It’s about knowing how to use that power and really creating a happy life for yourself, for your household, for your mate. That’s what it’s about.”
