Robin Thicke Loses ‘Blurred Lines’ Case.
There were no blurred lines when a jury determined today that Robin Thicke ripped off Marvin Gaye.
According to TMZ.com, it was determined that Robin’s hit “Blurred Lines” heavily infringed on Marvin’s #1 classic “Got To Give It Up.”
Now, Robin and the track’s producer Pharrell Williams must pay Marvin’s family $7.3 million. T.I., on the other hand, was not found to be responsible for the infringement since he only rapped on the song.
I hope Robin saved up some of the coins he got from the song because that bill is no joke.
