Actor According to Deadline, Rodriguez will reportedly play slick concert promoter Laz Delgado. Rodriguez is joining a star-studded season 2 with other confirmed guest appearances from Alicia Keys, Chris Rock and Lenny Kravitz.
We’re sure that Cookie will probably have to man-handle his character in order to get Jamal’s concert promoted fairly or something along those lines. Since Cookie’s love interest fled the city at the end of season 1, maybe he’ll be Cookie’s new boo.
Adam Rodriguez and Taraji P. Henson first worked together in 2009’s I Can Do Bad All By Myself and their chemistry was amazing.
