New York Fashion Week Spring 2016: The Best Shows From Days 5 & 6

NYFW, Best Shows
Had enough New York Fashion Week yet? Good, because neither have I!
As the stylish stateside parade of spring-summer wares continues in New York, we've been hard at work scoping out the best accessories, most statement makeup stories and, as you've by now seen, the best looks overall. We're also all about the entire show, including how designers worked to create a sartorial narrative that will become how we read what trends to try for next season (pro tip: you'll want to get your hands on as much fringe as possible).

We can't say it enough: Carolina Herrera may have held the prettiest show you'll see all fashion week. She revealed a soft pink mindset for spring on the runway, and better believe that each look was more breathtaking than the next.
Reem Acra, Best Shows, NYFW Frazer Harrison/Getty Images for NYFW: The Shows
Though not as medieval as fall, Reem Acra's latest collection—rife with plunging, embellished gowns—still brought princesses to our minds.

Meanwhile, at Dennis Basso, embroidered halter dresses, low-cut gowns and peplum top and short combos took center stage (a fun, satiny print made the latter anything but prim).

And throwback to earlier this morning, when Tory Burch sent a multitude of iridescent fabrics and oversized accessories down the runway (I also got my fill of chic summer separates).
Thoughts?
