It was all about lace for Piper Perabo at the Disney ABC Television Group TCA Summer Press Tour. She chose a $1,690 Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini Lace Maxi Dress for the event:
Her light blue and black lace tulle dress features long sleeves, a maxi length, black velvet trim, imitation pearl buttons, a ruffled stand collar with satin ties, pleat detailing, and single-snap bell cuffs. Piper removed the dress’s black slip lining.
