Kylie Jenner Buys $4.5 Million Hidden Hills Home Next to Her Current Mansion

Kylie Jenner may have just turned 19, but she's already a real estate maven.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star just bought her second home this year in the same exact neighborhood as her mother, Kris Jenner, and her current main home.

Kylie's realtor Tomer Fridman confirmed to E! News that the recent birthday girl purchased the home for around $4.5 million and it is actually next door to the home she bought in May for $6 million.
The mansion sits on 3.9 acres, is roughly 5,000 square feet and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A source tells that Kylie will be using the new property as more of a home office, while keeping her current living situation the main home. Sounds like an expensive home office if you ask us!
And it looks like grabbing real estate in Los Angeles is in the family's DNA, as Kylie's older sister Kendall Jenner recently spent over $6.5 million on a stunning 4,8000-square-foot West Hollywood home that was once owned by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt.
