In a way, it makes perfect sense: what parent wants to shill out top dollar for clothes their children will only wear for special occasions… and will likely grow out of before they get to wear them again? Also: who wants to foot the dry cleaning bill on that one? The website carries kiddie couture from names Chloé, Fendi, Stella McCartney, and more. A Dior dress for a toddler priced at $517 can be rented for a mere $99. Pricey, yes, but still a lot less in comparison. The clothes are insured, keeping in mind the stains a child might run into.
