Celebrity Weekend Instagram Cuteness.
Hey everyone! If you’re like me trying to turn down after getting all emotional over Lupita’s dress, win and acceptance speech, then clearly, your week is off to a great start! And to make things even better, I have a rundown of the weekend’s most attention grabbing looks on Instagram…and Tumblr. While some dazzled from after parties to Paris Fashion Week happenings, some came up just a bit short. Let’s take a look! Starting on a high note (pun intended) is Beyoncé, who sat backstage before heading out to greet a throng of fans at the London leg of her tour. Didin’t she look stunning in this beaded Pucci leotard and red over-the-knee boots? Hot!
Over at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar’s Viewing Party, a brunette Britney Spears smiled for the cameras. While I adore her Michael Costello gown, hmm… I think the choker seemed a bit forced and “matchy-matchy” for lack of better phrases. Maybe swap the choker for statement earrings?
Songbird Kelly Rowland was also in attendance rocking a wavy cropped do. Her black column halter dress oozed sultry simplicity as she let her Lorraine Schwartz jewels do the talking. Hot!
Over at an Oscar’s after party, ET correspondent Rocsi Diaz changed outfits after the the awards. Trading in her Dennis Basso gown for this black and nude sequined Michael Costello dress, Rocsi didn’t shy away from showing how comfortable she felt in this number. Beautiful option.
In Paris, supermodel Joan Smalls had a pose off with Kendall Jenner backstage at Givenchy’s Fall 2014 show. Who won?
Jennifer Hudson performed for Jeffrey Katzenberg and her Dreamworks family in that oh so popular Balmain mini dress. She looks good here!
Fashion never ceases for Anna Dello Russo. The Vogue Japan editor and style icon was decked out in a Prada spring 2014 coat before taking in shows today. Bold and oh-so-chic!
Single Ladies star Denise Vasi also took in a few shows in the City of Lights while clearly admiring the architecture. Posing next to a column in Margiela, she showed that even in all black, one can still make a fashion statement.
And last, but not least is Miami Heat basketball star Dwyane Wade. Leaving a Miami restaurant, the b-ball phenom wore a Kanye West “Don’t Talk About Style” t-shirt, a $265 pair of Grungy Gentleman x Cotton Citizen quilted accent oxblood sweatpants. I actually like the look, but hmm… the pants seem a little short. He should probably hand them over. Just sayin’.
Well, that it for this week. Who were your top picks?
