Kate Hudson Reveals How She Stays in Shape—Have You Seen Her Hot Body Lately?!

Kate Hudson
Kate Hudson wants to up her workouts.
"I'd like to do a sprint triathlon," she said earlier today while promoting the spring line of Fabletics, her collection of women's fitness apparel.
It sure sounds like something she could do. "I've always loved sports," Hudson said. "I always felt like I was the athletic type and I always had that thing as a kid. I really loved setting those kinds of goals for myself…Your bodies are these incredible machines and they can be if you want to use them that way."
The 35-year-old mother of two has been doing Pilates since she was 19.

"I think that was the foundation for everything that I have done," Hudson said. "I like Pilates because it kind of strengthens from the inside out. It's very specific and I feel the strongest when I'm doing it because it really centers on your core."
If she can't get a formal workout in, Hudson will sometimes put on some music and "jump around" for 20 minutes.
"I don't feel good if I'm not moving my body and circulating things," she said. "I think that's a big part of why I wanted to start our company Fabletics. I think it's a mind-body experience…We know that when we start moving our body, it brings more dopamine and serotonin to our brains. It awakens your system. So I try to stay motivated to be active."
