Songstress Ciara was an absolute vision as she tended to judging duties at the Miss America 2016 pageant in a striking $544 Julea Domani ivory peplum top and matching pencil skirt set and the ever-popular Monika Chiang ‘Carla’ lace-up rope gladiator sandals.

In contrast to CiCi’s version, the model’s ‘fit incorporates a more polished effect with a waist-cinching belt and patent leather pumps.
