This year’s picks include Public School‘s Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osbourne, Juan Carlos Obando, George Esquivel, Richard Chai, Marc Alary, The Elder Statesman‘s Greg Chait, Jennifer Fisher, Misha Nonoo, and Tome‘s Ramon Martin and Ryan Lobo.
