Kanye West's leading lady decided to ramp up the glam factor when she was in the City of Light, however, and paired the skirt with a fur-and-leather trench coat at the time. Meanwhile, the mama-to-be dressed in a white Grecian-inspired gown and strappy flat sandals. Really cute.
