Beyonce and Jay Z love the Arts Club in London! Mrs. Carter was spotted there earlier tonight in a $140 Topshop Satin Stripe A-Line Dress and $300 Kurt Geiger Anja Pumps. Her structured cream dress has horizontal navy stripes. Her black suede pumps boast a 4″ heel. Though not fashion steals per se, I love that so many of Beyonce’s style choices are reasonably priced.
