Welcome home, Khloé Kardashian!
Sources have confirmed to E! News that the newly single star has just purchased Justin Bieber's Calabasas pad. Yes, that mansion—where Egg-Gate occurred along with numerous other neighbor-irritating instances.
After filing for divorce from husband Lamar Odom in December of last year, the star has been living at mom Kris Jenner's house—along with most of the famous family, including Kim Kardashian and newborn North West. But even when Khloé moves into her new 9,214 square foot home she won't be far from her sisters. Her new digs, which include six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, are just down the street from Kourtney Kardashian. According to a Kardashian insider: "Khloé is planning renovations and is excited about moving in as soon as she can."
As for the home she shared with her basketball-playing husband, she listed that Tarzana pad for $5.4 million in January. A price that is very close to the $6 million Bieber originally paid for the mansion she will soon dwell in.
No doubt, this new real estate deal must come as a huge relief for all the folks in the Oaks gated community. Heck, they might even throw her a house-warming party!
