The episode starts out with Kim Kardashian packing for Kanye West's upcoming Yeezus
tour. She sorts through a box of lacy panties and reminisces about an
underwear game she once played with her friends, referring to a
particular pair of undies as a "crotch veil." Oh, the memories.
Khloé Kardashian stops by to visit Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who are packing for a retreat in Arizona.
Khloé and Kourtney share a
laugh as they look over the resort's menu of services that include a
"bang trim" and some weird oil treatment.
Kourtney then starts talking about "sea minerals," which Scott totally mistakes for "semen."
Kris Jenner is worried about Rob Kardashian's health, so she urges him to go to the doctor's office to get his thyroid checked.
Kourtney asks a lot of questions, which makes Rob nervous while getting his blood drawn.
Scott and Kourtney arrive at the Miraval Retreat in Arizona. Scott remarks to Kourtney that he wishes that was how their house looked, instead of like "f------ Beetlejuice."
With a gorgeous view and swimming pool, this spa puts the "l" in luxury.
Khloé has been traveling everywhere to promote the Kardashian collection. While in Dubai, a reporter catches Khloé off-guard by asking how things are with Lamar.
Khloé glances over at her PR rep with disbelief, not knowing how to answer the question. Awkward!
Back in Tucson, Kourtney and Scott prepare for their first activity
together: the quantum leap. After reaching the top, Scott says the view
reminds him of his bedroom.
Kourtney complains that the activity isn't made for short people and
refuses Scott's offer of help. She says she wouldn't want her worst
enemy to do such a thing.
Back in LA, Kris receives the phone call that no parent wants to get.
Rob's doctor has some scary news: if Rob doesn't change his lifestyle, he will develop diabetes and his organs will shut down.
Kim
advises that Kris talk to Rob with the help of professionals so that
he'll take his life-threatening situation more seriously.
In Arizona, Kourtney and Scott join a talking circle led by a
Native American man named Tony Redhouse. He kind of reminds us of
Jacob's uncle from Twilight.
Scott tries to get in one last text message before joining the circle.
Scott sets up a nature walk with a wellness
counselor, who asks lots of probing questions. Kourtney agrees to work
on opening up more to Scott to improve their relationship.
For their last night in Tucson, Scott and Kourtney go out for drinks. Like a scene out of The Notebook, Scott tells Kourtney that he loves her no matter what and wouldn't change her.
As they toast their drinks, Scott says he'll never forget this trip and that he feels closer to Kourtney.

Back in LA, Kim, Kourtney and family friend Malika muster up the girl
power to meet at Khloé's house. She is surprised by their unannounced
visit, but is willing to hear what they have to say about her
relationship with Lamar Odom.
Unable to hold back the tears, Khloé questions what she's been fighting for the entire time.
Kim gets emotional as she tells her sister she's there to support her.
Even Malika gets a case of the watery eyes.
The girls feel more emotionally connected at the end of their talk, but
Khloé still has to make a decision regarding her future with Lamar.
He's killing it back at the gym and his trainer says he looks leaner already. Go Rob!
Khloé has big news for Kris and Kim: she's
officially filed for divorce from Lamar. We watch a tear-jerking montage
that highlights Lamar's major moments with the family.
When Kris asks Khloé if she's finally done, Khloé says she isn't sure.
Kris has an emotional moment of her own as she reflects on the better times and talks about moving forward into the future. 
"I think that Khloé needs to really focus on Khloé right now," she says. "And finding her joy again."
