Though Prada has had its issues with diversity, brand director Miuccia Prada had no problem embracing Hollywood’s golden child, Lupita Nyong’o, placing the actress in Miu Miu’s Spring 2014 campaign, and dressing her in a custom Prada gown for the Oscars and Miu Miu for the Vanity Fair party!
Lupita showed her appreciation for the Italian designer by posing on Instagram with her stylist Micaela Erlanger in LPD’s Team Miuccia Printed Cotton Jersey T-shirt. The $85 tee is supposed to have Miuccia on the back; I guess its reversible since both ladies wore it to the front! LPD has a score of sporty designer tees, boasting support for everyone from McQueen to Tisci.
