This weekend was absolutely gorgeous with moments of sunshine and warmer temps!
The flash of brightness signaled it was high time to start preparing for Spring (even though Mother Nature continues to play us!). Lucky you, I’ve provided the top runway trends you should look out for.
Take a look:
1. Pastels
As seen at: Etro, Carven, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Burberry, Versace, Balmain, Miu Miu.
How to Wear it:

Go monochromatic in one tone, or mix it up for Easter Sunday chic. For added pop, incorporate a soft colored mani.

2. Crop Tops

As seen at: Michael Kors, Peter Som, Cushnie et Ochs, Proenza Schouler, Alice + Olivia.
How to Wear it:

This look can actually work for several different body types, believe it or not. Whether you’re curvy or slim, the best way to rock a crop might be with a high waisted skirt or pair of pants, drawing attention to your smallest part. But, if you have the body to pull off low slung trousers, by all means, go for it!

3. All White Everything

As seen at: Balenciaga, Tracy Reese, Roberto Cavalli, Rodarte, Michael Kors, Chanel, Cushnie et Ochs, Calvin Klein.
How to Wear it:

This trend is really open to interpretation! Slip on an all white suit, or go with the popular crop top and pencil skirt combo, spied on legions of starlets. Your whites should be bright and crisp, so consider buying them brand new–but don’t spend too much! With one false move, the look can be ruined.

4. Peek-a-Boo Fabrics

As seen at: Burberry, Laquan Smith, Dolce & Gabbana, Jason Wu, Jean Paul Gaultier, Fendi, Stella McCartney.
How to Wear it:

Get ready to show off your skivvies! Because your undergarments will be on display, you should probably opt for bra and panty sets with more coverage. Think boy shorts, full coverage bras, or even full on bodysuits.

5. Fringe

As seen at: Dries Van Noten, Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu, Bottega Veneta, Rodarte, Christian Siriano, Emilio Pucci.
How to Wear it:

Slip on a fringed dress or keep it simple with a pair of peep toe boots. Just a little will go a long way.

6. Florals

As seen at: J. Crew, Erdem, Mary Katrantzou, Holly Fulton, Preen, BCBG Max Azria, Marni, Mimi Plange, Peter Som.
How to Wear it:

Florals are hot for spring! What else is new, right? But this season, look our for unexpected takes via hypercolors, mirror effects, and contrasting geometric patterns.

7. Mesh

As seen at: Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Milly, Alexander Wang
How to Wear it:

Like fringe, just a little mesh will do ya. Wear a piece with mesh inserts or mesh trim.

8. Luxe Sweatshirts

As seen at: Christopher Kane, 3.1 Phillip Lim, Jerome Lamaar,
How to Wear it:

Luxe sweatshirts had their moment for fall, and they’re back again for Spring, in more subdued tones. You can really have fun with this one, pairing your relaxed sweatshirt with anything from jeans to pencil skirts.

9. Menswear Inspiration and Suiting Details

As seen at: Rachel Roy, Altuzarra, Duro Olowu.
How to Wear it:

Ladies are borrowing from this gents in the next few months with pinstriped separates, tuxedo inspired dresses, and sophisticated suits. Tailoring can make or break an outfit in this case, so be sure to take a trip to your local tailor to make sure everything fits just right.

10. Rainbow Coalition

As seen at: Emilio Pucci, Chanel, Celine, Preen, Jeremy Scott, Christian Dior, Mara Hoffman.
How to Wear it:

Designers are thrusting a symphony or bright, primary colors on tees and dresses. Just go for it with a full on frock! It’s your time to shine.

Phew, that does it!
Which look will you be trying this spring?
