Hey all! Hope you had a fantastic weekend. It seems a few of a favorite celebs did as well: “few” being the operative word because the vast majority may be on a social media hiatus. Not to worry though. We managed to scour the web for looks worthy of a double tap. Others…hmm…not so much. So, without further ado, here we go!First up is Cassie, who took a snapshot while in Turkey for the weekend. The beauty embodied summertime elegance in this yellow For Love & Lemons lace and sheer gown. The color coincided with her skin tone, but hmm… not sure about the bed hair. A polished ponytail would’ve fared better, but you have to admit, she still looks good.
Tia Mowry-Hardict gave us all black everything while celebrating her birthday. Before stepping out and painting the town red, she showcased her wares via Instagram. A Balmain jacket and leather trousers, American Apparel bodysuit and $398 Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist’ sandals brought her birthday look together. Looks like something our EIC would wear. Cute ensemble!
Sister, Tamera Mowry-Housley took in all that beautiful summer sun while at a wedding. Though her floral print Karen Millen
dress gave the floral arrangements at the ceremony a good run for their
money, hmm… this frock is a little dark for an outdoor summer wedding,
don’t ya think?
Jessica White gave us body and lots of lace on the weekend while wearing Laquan Smith. The two piece bralet and A-line skirt number teeters on the line separating romantic and risque, but she still looks tasteful. Hot!
Cute couple Nick Young of the L.A. Lakers and rapper Iggy Azalea snapped a few photos for the ‘Gram while taking in the Calvin Klein spring 2015 menswear collection. I’m a fan of Nick’s attention grabbing style, and appreciated the splash of plaid between his blue blazer and black trousers. Iggy served in a body hugging minidress, suede navy pumps and a white jacket worthy of Olivia Pope’s approval. Hot!
Kenya Moore has definitely got some competition in the “Gone With The Wind Fabulous” department. Atlanta Housewives co-star Marlo Hampton posted a pic while vacationing in Miami and let her Gucci robe flutter in the summer breeze. Do you love it?
And last, but not least is fashion director of The Rake and Revolution Magazines, Esther Quek. Known for her impeccably tailored menswear inspired looks, she didn’t stray far away from her niche during Milan Fashion Week. On the way to the Philippe Plein show, she left me green with envy wearing an In Good Company jacket, a Zara jumpsuit, Prada peeptoe heels and an Ethan K clutch. So simplistic, yet stunningly stylish. She’s my favorite for the week!
