Chris Brown is gearing up for a court battle with his newly revealed daughter’s
mother all because she didn’t keep quiet about their secret love child.
TMZ
is reporting “Autumn Breeze” singer’s legal team are getting court
documents prepared to lower the substantial amount of child support he’s
giving to
Nia Guzman for their 9-month-old daughter
Royalty, after
the little girl’s mother broke their deal on being silent about him
being a father. According to the site, Nia clued Breezy in on being
Royalty’s father last month where he quickly stepped up and forked over a
boat load of money for child support than he’s required to do if she
agreed to keep mum on him being a daddy.
The site claims Brown feels as though Nia snitched about him and
their past relationship and he’s going to court to modify the payments
he’s giving her. It seems a formal child support order by a judge may
play in Brown’s favor. Child support payments are determined by income.
Brown shelled out a larger amount than required to Nia if she
remained quiet about their secret affair. Since Nia violated the terms
of the agreement she had with Brown, all bets are off.
Long story short, Brown heading to court to have child support
imposed on him will lower his current payments, making him the big
winner in the end.
