Bené’s Scarves
I came across Bené’s Scarves via Instagram. After scanning their page and internalizing the intense nature of their mission, I was left in complete awe. Derived from the word ‘benevolent‘, Bené’s strives towards ‘helping support girls in Ghana continue their secondary education by providing tuition, books, supplies and uniforms to fulfill their dreams’.
Bené’s S/S ’15 Collection features five distinct scarf styles including caftan, kimono, infinity, rectangle and skinny. The printed wonders fall between $20-$60. In addition, each pattern is designed in-house and named after each girl that is supported.
With each purchase, customers also receive a picture of the girl they help support.
I’m ALWAYS down for a brand that gives back! Big ups to the ladies of Bené’s Scarves, continue to let your light shine!
