I Didn’t Think It Was Possible, But ‘Empire’ Just Got Even Better!

I didn’t think the music on Empire could get any better, but Lee Daniels has found a way. With Timbaland the mastermind behind the hit show’s musical productions, FOX has enlisted Ne-Yo to write material for season 2 of the wildly success show — creating one hell of a team.
“We just signed Ne-Yo who’s going to be writing all new music with Timbaland,” Fox co-chairs Dana Walden and Gary Newman announced. And season 2 promises even more twists and turns. According to reports, the forthcoming season will feature 18 episodes split into two halves — one for fall, one for spring.
