It is no surprise that he was tapped by Brooke Garber Neidich, the daughter of well-known Chicago jeweler Sidney Garber. Brooke is currently designing jewelry for her father’s boutique, making a name for herself within the industry with her versatile pieces. The Olsen twins are customers. When her father died, she inherited and grew the business by opening a second shop in new York in 2014. Now, with the help of Duro, she’s expanding her global reach with the Nigerian-born designer.

The collection is anchored by lapis, a lightweight blue stone that Olowu describes as year round and luminous.
The collection is available at Neidich’s Madison Avenue store in New York City.
