First off: Nicole Richie is ridiculously funny and I think that gets forgotten.
In addition to her delicious humor, the Fashion Designer can also, no surprise, dress her ass off.
Perfect example is at the Who What Wear 10 Year Anniversary Party where she arrived in a deep v, tiered, pleated, maxi black Emanuel Ungaro 2017 Resort Collection Dress. Gorgeous.
