The faux fur stole is having a resurgence. Made popular in the early half of the 1900s, fur stoles were used in place of jackets, mostly draped over glamorous evening wear. Nowadays, fashionistas pair their stoles — preferably faux — with everything from a LBD to a white tee and jeans. While it’s still an ideal choice for adding additional warmth to the neckline, especially during the frosty winter months, it’s also a throwback to a time when ladylike sophistication reigned supreme. As we enter award season, i am lusting over the fashionable fierceness of a faux fur stole.
