Get Cheeky: This Is the Only Makeup Look You'll Need All Summer

You know those girls whose complexions seem to radiate a glowy warmth with every Instagram picture they post? Blake Lively, Emma Stone and Shea Marie, and brainchild of Peace Love Shea, are some of those ladies.
Are their peachy-hued cheeks a result of constant filtering or do they simply radiate health in real life? Turns out, a girl needs no help of the Mayfair sort to get the look. She simply has to have a perfect summer cheek look on lock.
Luckily, Shea taught us how to cop her signature summer cheek with just four easy steps, so we, too, can walk around with a perfect summer glow.

Add underglow: Use your fingers to apply a bronzing gel or lotion to the cheeks, temple and sides of forehead to add depth.
Create definition: Use a fluffy powder brush to apply a nude powder or bronzer beneath the cheekbones. Make a fish face, then lightly sweep the powder along the hollows of the cheeks. This will help make cheekbones pop without looking contoured.

Pro tip: When choosing a powder for this step, try one that's one or two shades deeper than your normal skin tone. Anything darker will make shading look too severe.

Add warmth: Use your fingers to apply a cream blush in a peachy shade to the cheeks. To avoid the ragdoll effect, use less than a pea-sized amount and lightly tap on the apples of your cheeks in a controlled circle. To find the apples of your cheeks, smile; the round of skin that pops up makes perfect placement for the cream blush.
Highlight: Use your fingers to lightly dot a cream highlighter in a "C" shape, starting above the cheekbones, continuing to the temple and up along the browbone. The trick here is to use very little product, as too much highlighter can make skin appear robotic instead of naturally lit. Lightly blend into the skin.
The final look should appear as if you don't have makeup on—just a natural, warm flush instead. Go forth and radiate a sun-kissed look, no filter required.
