I hate to break it to you, but Miranda Kerr works really hard for her amazing body.
The Australian supermodel recently revealed to Your Fitness magazine how she keeps in tip-top shape, citing yoga and Pilates, a balanced diet and playtime with her 4-year-old son, Flynn, as major factors.
"I try to do at least half an hour of yoga every day and then I add Pilates and some strength training with weights and resistance bands to elongate and tone my muscles," Kerr said of the popular workout routine she fell in love with more than 12 years ago. The 32-year-old admits her experience with gymnastics helps, "keep that core strength and flexibility."

As for her diet, the brunette bombshell tries to stick to healthy snacks like fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, but doesn't restrict herself from more indulgent cravings.
"I like to start the day off right with something healthy and clean like a fresh juice, egg whites with avocado or oatmeal. I follow an alkaline-based diet and drink between two to three litres of alkaline water every day to stay hydrated," Miranda said.
Kerr also realizes, "You can't avoid eating something that isn't so healthy if that is all that is on offer," adding, "so I don't give myself a hard time if I have something a little naughty!"
But judging by her rock-hard abs and toned arms in those adorable Reebok ensembles, it's hard to tell Miranda ever suffers from a cheat day.

Kerr also gushed to the mag about her bundle of joy with ex Orlando Bloom. Like most adventurous toddlers, she says, "it's wonderful to explore the city with him. I take him to the park, to the farmers' market, to the playground—and we go out for an adventure."
"It's great looking at the world through his eyes," Miranda continued. "I love the sense of amazement and wonderment in him, and try to capture that for myself – to discover something new every day."
