Being Kim Kardashian's daughter has its perks—whether that be elaborate birthday bashes at Disneyland or sitting front row with mama at New York Fashion Week—and having direct access to Kim's designer bestie, Olivier Rousteing, is just one of them. The famed Balmain director gifted 2-year-old North three impeccably tailored fall jackets, you know, just in case she runs out of cute tutus and to wear come this September.
When Kim received Oliver's package of custom kid's clothes, of course the Selfish author went straight to Instagram to share a candid of North's newest designer
One-of-a-kind? Absolutely. But totally reimagined designs? Not so much. Baby North's newest designer goodies incorporate the line's polished, military feel, and are practically pint-sized versions of several pieces from Balmain's most recent menswear show. Come to think of it, the designer himself sported a near-identical edition of North's camel-colored, double-breasted blazer on the runway back in June.
Of course, these aren't the first Balmain pieces to claim space in the 2-year-old's enviable wardrobe. Because North already lays claim to another exquisite custom creation by the designer—a sleek white blazer—which mama Kim paired with an adorable white tutu for her daughter's ballet class. Aweee.
Be it Balmain jackets or her frilly tutus, we won't be picky—we'll just have whatever North is wearing.
