Set to debut across the brand’s channels as well as Kravitz’s own social media platforms, the collaboration also includes Zoe participating in video work to show the power of makeup.
“YSL has always been one of my favorite brands. Their ability to combine the chicest of style with a raw edge has always been to me one of the best ways to express yourself through fashion and beauty. Nothing is forced, nothing is fake, but everything is bold, strong, and unafraid,” said Kravitz in an official statement.
“As a YSL Beauty muse, Zoe represents the brand’s vision of beauty, appealing to women of all ethnicities to become empowered through style and beauty,” added Alexandre Choueiri, president of L’Oreal International Designer Collections Division.
Ya’ll know I am absolutely no stranger to the spreading and increased media around #BlackGirlMagic and showcasing awesome Black girls that rock. Zoe’s definitely setting an amazing pathway for other young women and I’m so happy to see what she does next and how beauty and fashion companies are FINALLY embracing color in all its shades.
What do you guys think of the latest collab?
