CHIC EATS: Honey-Kissed Banana Parfait [RECIPE].

Honey-Kissed Banana Parfait
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium Banana
1/2 cup Gluten free Granola
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbs heavy whipping cream or non dairy creamer
1/4 c Honey (rich local honey)
1/4 c Honey Whiskey
1/4 c whipped cream
6- parfait shot glasses

 

DIRECTIONS:
Peel and slice banana into small chunks, in a sauce pan add honey whiskey and bananas, stir allow to come to slow boil, let mixture cook approx. five minutes and add heavy whipping cream continue cooking until mixture thickens, add vanilla and 2 tbs of honey and remove from heat.
Time to assemble! Spoon a tiny bit of banana mixture in glass, sprinkle a little granola, leaving room to add a nice heaping of mixture leaving an inch from rim of glass. Pour a honey just enough to kiss the top and watch it drip down in yummy goodness, top with your whipped cream. This great substitute to banana pudding is sure to keep everyone happy.rhonda_sweet_pic-1
