Rita is promoting her new album hard–have your heard it?
At any rate, she was spied in New York City in a black dress and a Snoopy Jacket from Fay’s Spring 2014 collection. I must say: hair and makeup are pretty fabulous! Her colorblock jacket boasts bright red and blue tones.It was modeled with a matching colorblock skirt and white sandals. Loving the color story here. I think she looks hot! Check it out below:
