Slay the Day and Rock Out!!!
I like to think that everybody has an inner supernova! Somewhere deep down inside, there is a more exciting, slightly exaggerated, more uninhibited side of you that is waiting for the right occasion to be unleashed.
Perhaps your dormant alter ego makes an appearance during karaoke, a big celebration, or a red carpet event. Either way, it’s important that we have some healthy outlet or forum to expand some aspect of ourselves. The experience changes our perspective about what’s possible in life. When it’s all said and done, one of the greatest gifts you can reward yourself with this season is pushing the proverbial envelope in a positive direction (a.k.a personal growth).
Some simple ways to release your inner rockstar can be to change your hair (color, cut, style, or, all of it), or try wearing a new color you typically stay away from. You can even step out of the box and try that silhouette you’ve never worn before. Perhaps, for someone else accessorizing how you look in a new way will be just the thing.
Aside from experimenting with style changes, opportunities of exploration can come from trying new activities, enjoying new foods, and partaking in new friendships. To maximize the impact living a little, combine them all. Whichever way you decide to stretch your capacity, have fun and do it with style!
For some, trying new things will become a frequent ritual practiced daily or several times a month. For others, it will serve as a rare occurrence reserved only for very private or special occasions. Regardless of when, where, or how you decide to extend your personal margins, the practice of taking healthy risks will prove to enrich your life. Trust me, in return you’ll enjoy fresh inspiration, exhilarating discovery, and invigorating rejuvenation. It’s okay to ocassionally throw caution to the wind. You never know just what you’ll discover about yourself. You just may find that the very thing you’ve been looking for has been patiently waiting inside of you all along, to be revealed and celebrated. So go ahead… rock out! The world is waiting.
