Today is Kate Moss‘s 40th birthday! Naomi Campbell, one of the legendary model’s close friends, penned a column for The Evening Standard to celebrate her bestie’s milestone: “Perhaps what I love best about Kate is that she tries to keep the child within her, I would never want her to lose it,” she writes. “Yes, she’s 40, I’m 43, but it’s always great to have your child in you. It’s that vulnerability that makes you special, that makes you do the creative things, she so has that and when we’re together it comes out. We’re like we’re at secondary school.
