How To Work Out While Dancing.

Move of the day: Dance To The Beat 

Pop on your favorite track and break out your dance moves. Into dancehall? Bust a wine! Love “Yonce?” Drop the beat and make the bass get low! Make sure to build on your plank (aim to hold for 30 seconds!) and pair with 30 minutes of your favorite cardio.
Who says working out can’t be fun?!
