Tom Ford crafted a slew of thigh high boots for his Fall 2013 collection. From patchwork to bicolored creations, he offered quite the visual potpourri for his visceral fans. There were so many things to love in Tom Ford’s Fall 2013 collection. These? Not so much. And Nene’s outfit definitely doesn’t do anything for them.
