Dwyane Wade wasn’t the only celeb to father an “on break” baby, rapper Ludacris did too. A judge recently denied Luda’s request to obtain full custody of the love child, 4-month old Cai Bella, and denied his request to have the mother held in contempt of the court. Oh and we can’t forget, Luda was ordered to pay her legal fees, costing him a whopping $35,000!
According to court documents, “The Petitioner shall pay the Guardian ad Litem’s initial retainer of $7,500.00, to be replenished to the full amount when depleted to $1,500.00.”
Luda and his side chick have been at odds since the baby’s birth and Luda begged the judge to lower his child support payments citing a reduced income. Ludacris was allegedly on a break from his exotic girlfriend Eudoxie when he fathered the child.
