Sometimes, when looking at flix of Rita Ora, I get a sense of déja vu. Am I alone?
It happened yet again, when perusing pictures of the bottled blond at the Glamour of Italian Fashion exhibition at Victoria & Albert Museum on Tuesday night. She brought her Roberto Cavalli frock to life with temporarily dyed whitish/gray locks. It looked eerily similar to the punk inspired hairstyle Nicole Richie sported to the 2013 Met Ball.
All white? Check. Rouged lips? Double Check. But who rocked it best?
