Happy Friday! We’ve finally reached another glorious holiday weekend and I couldn’t be more excited.
In today’s Look Of The Week, there seems to be a little fashion battle brewing between the 2014 Video Music Awards (VMAs) and the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards! Each of today’s contenders were attendees for the highly anticipated events and, may I add, they all looked pretty amazing.
So, Fashion readers, let’s get to it!
1. Beyonce in Tom Ford
Beyonce Knowles Carter accepted the highly prestigious 2014 VMA Video Vanguard Award for her outstanding work. The performance was hot! She rocked an incredible Tom Ford number and she looked absolutely flawless!
2. Jennifer Lopez in Charbel Zoe
Jennifer Lopez was also in attendance at the 2014 Video Music Awards. She slayed in a dazzling silver, cutout Charbel Zoe gown. The jaw-dropping dress also featured a thigh-high slit. Doesn’t she look amazing?
3. Keke Palmer in Rubin Singer
The beautiful KeKe Palmer slayed at the 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards in a royal blue Rubin Singer gown. With a voluminous silhouette and sexy deep V, this look was elegance personified.
4. Solange Knowles in H&M
Solange Knowles was on hand at the 2014 Video Music Awards and donned an embellished H&M menswear-inspired suit. Understated but effective. We’re here for this!5. Rita Ora in Donna Karan
Rita Ora stunned in a red silk Donna Karan Atelier dress with a thigh-high slit at the MTV VMA’s. A bold lip and a fierce pose brought this steaming hot look to full fruition. Yes, ma’am!
6. Teyonah Parris in Christian Siriano
