Fashion Scoop: Zendaya Coleman To Launch Shoe Line, Topshop Collaborates with Adidas, Grace Coddington Almost Had A Movie
- Nicki Minaj isn’t the only starlet with her own shoe collection out
soon; Zendaya has a line coming as well! With promises to include a
sneaker, a flat, and solid black pumps, the range is out this fall. “I want to make affordable shoes of quality that are very fashion forward, chic, and that I’m going to wear,” said Zendaya. Can’t wait to see what this fashionista turns out! (InStyle)
- The Apple Watch is due out today, but by all accounts it’s already
sold out. The watches sent to Apple Stores were put on pre-order last
week and sold out in record time, meaning that you won’t be able to get
your hands on one until June. Residents of Los Angeles rejoice though;
the Mayfield boutique is the only U.S. retailer that has been allowed to
sell them outside of Apple Stores, and will have them in-stock
tomorrow. (Glamour)
- The fashion industry really wants you to get in-shape, so much so
that they are steadily amping up the athletic gear in your closet. The
latest two brands are Topshop and Adidas, who have teamed up for the
second time for an atheleisure line. Expect the seven pieces to drop
April 30th. (Racked)
- Remember the Sony hacks from a few months ago? They are back!
Wikileaks has now posted all of the hacked emails, and while most of
them have no bearing on the fashion industry, there was one thread that
did. In December 2013, Sony staff exchanged a few emails discussing the
possibility of turning Grace Coddington’s memoir into either a
television series or a film. We have to tell you, that’s something we
would be entirely here for! (The Fashion Spot)
