Mindy Kaling, Hungover
Whether you were dancing the night away at some extravagant Emmys after-party or recovering from a weekend Orphan Black binge, The weekdays can be hard for even the most beautiful A-list star.
Today, I present you with three tricks of the trade that celeb makeup artists use to revive skin. Hey, you might as well look bright-eyed, even if you don't feel bushy tailed.

Calm the Skin: Did the late night or alcohol dry out your skin? Soothe it by washing your face with gentle cleanser and ice-cold water, to de-puff the skin and help close pores. Celebs like Julianne Hough and Olivia Munn use this trick to even treat swollen blemishes, reported Byrdie.
Next, infuse your skin with a hydrating serum or a repairing ampoule, which is basically a high-performance, concentrated serum that'll give your skin that needed pick-me-up. Lock everything in with your moisturizer.

Combat Puffy Eyes: Surprisingly, an age-old remedy will help combat any eye puffiness. Just brew up black tea bags and let them cool before you place them under your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. The caffeine in the black tea contains antioxidants and helps constrict any swelling.
For a quick makeup fix, pros depend on eye creams with caffeine, like 100% Pure Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream (a favorite among celebs like Kate Hudson) to brighten any dark under-eye spots. There are always these celeb-tested creams as well.

Conceal With Makeup: When it comes to concealing swollen eyes, it's more about makeup placement. Instead of applying concealer directly on top of puffy patches (which will make it look more prominent), apply a liquid concealer or tinted moisturizer just beneath the swollen area, in the hollows or shadow of the problem area, and lightly tap into your skin with your ring finger.
Avoid using dark liners or shadows on the lower lash line, which will help define any puffiness or darkness. Instead use a neutral shimmer in the inner corners of the eyes and diffuse it out a bit to brighten and balance out the eyes.
