Time heals all wounds, at least in the case of Chrisette Michele
and her fiancé Doug Ellison. The producer announced his engagement to
the Grammy-winner on Instagram earlier today, unveiled the stunning ring
with these sentimental posts:
The pair sued each other for millions of dollars
a couple years ago. In 2007, Chrisette filed a lawsuit against her
former management team Four Kings, Douglas’ production company, for
embezzlement. The case was later dropped.One year later, Ellison filed a $20 million dollar law suit against Chrisette Michele for damaging his reputation and money lost.
Apparently, the two resolved their personal and legal issues.
Love conquers all, even court cases.
