Iyanla Vanzant Sounds Off On Karrueche Tran & Chris Brown.

Karrueche/ Iyanla VanantKarrueche Tran‘s devotion to ex-boyfriend Chris Brown has baffled many given the disrespect he’s show in her in the past. During the former couple’s relationship, the two embarked on many public make-ups and break-ups over the course of their five year romance, which included a period where Breezy dated both Kae and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.  After the bizarre triangle the trio were involved in ended, Kae stuck around and toughened it out with Brown, which gave a new meaning to the phrase “ride or die” chick.

Even after Brown called Kae out of her name in December, which resulted in the two embarking on yet another nasty split that spilled out on social media, the actress/model still took him back. Earlier this month however, Karrueche finally decided to put an end to the relationship (we think) once and for all. Media outlets revealed Brown had a baby outside of his relationship with an acquaintance of the pair’s, which he kept hidden from Karrueche. Recently, it was revealed, Karrueche will sit down for an interview with Iyanla Vanzant, slated to air on March 28, where she will discuss with the motivational speaker her tumultuous relationship with Brown. Before the televised one-on-one is set to air, Iyanla spoke with Sister2Sister, where she shared some insight about their relationship.
Iyanla stated:
The thing that was so surprising to me is how protective and forgiving she is of Chris. She repeatedly offered that he is only human and humans make mistakes. She said she knows he loves her and she just wishes things could change for him. I think I am a bit more troubled by his behavior than she is. I am disturbed that he has such a gift and blessing and continues to dishonor God, himself and women with no accountability. Prison was punishment and punitive. It did not teach responsibility or accountability for his behavior or as the steward of a gift. Anyway, she made no attempt to bash him and will probably come across as naive and relatable.
