Jillian Michaels Proves She's in the Best Shape of Her Life When Covering Shape Magazine—See Her Fitness Secrets

If there's one body we're looking up to this summer, it has to be the figure of Jillian Michaels!
The proud mother of two and fitness trainer has never been busier. But that certainly won't stop the 41-year-old from looking and feeling her absolute best.
"Consistency is the key to getting results," she told the July/August issue of Shape. "If you're pushing yourself to work beyond your comfort zone for four rounds four days a week with this routine, you'll notice that your body starts to change within the first two weeks."
While you have to pick up the new issue for a step-by-step guide, Michaels will tell you her evolved BodyShred program features a mix of weight and dumbbell workouts designed to shed fat, sculpt muscle and boost your self-confidence.

"Often people hear high intensity and think ‘I'm not that fit, this isn't for me,' which isn't the case," the star of E!'s upcoming Just Jillian explained. "Everyone can do a high-intensity workout, because what it means is simply going at your personal fitness peak, whatever level that is."
